I've figured out how to add the blinkie but it wont go where I thought I'd put it!!

So when I get it where I want it...........how do I add another one in that 'section'?
Mind you it doesn't take much to confuse me these days. But I want to get things
done so I can begin doing what I set the blog up for!!
